So I’m a big fan of the city of Chicago and all of the tv shows. In two of the shows, there is a [name_u]Jay[/name_u] & [name_m]Will[/name_m] Halstead. Also there is a street in Chicago called Halsted street. Does anyone think it would work as a first name or is it strictly a last name? What spelling would you use? Thanks 
It just reminds me of Hampstead [name_m]Heath[/name_m]. It’s not my style but it can work as surname-y name. I prefer the Halstead spelling.
Definitely usable! I think it would work best as a middle name, but that’s just me!
I don’t think it’s very usable. I think he’d spend most of his life going by [name_m]Hal[/name_m] and answering questions about why he is named Halstead.
