Is Leo too popular?

I just found out that our surprise fifth baby after four girls is a boy! So, now we really have to figure out a name!!! I like [name_m]Leo[/name_m], and it has family significance on both sides, which is a plus. But I am worried that it is becoming popular. In my state it is in the top 100, something like 94. [name_f]My[/name_f] girls’ names are [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f], and [name_f]Elsie[/name_f]. None were in the top 100 when I named them. I really find overly popular names boring, and I wouldn’t want to saddle my son with a boring name.

Any thoughts?

Other contenders: [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] ([name_u]Freddy[/name_u]), [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], [name_m]Alfred[/name_m] ([name_u]Alfie[/name_u])

I love a comfy cozy old man name. I love the vibe of [name_m]Henry[/name_m] without its popularity.

If you have the perfect suggestion, please help!

[name_m]Leo[/name_m] goes perfectly with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f], and [name_f]Elsie[/name_f]. Top 100 doesn’t automatically make a name overly popular and even with a top 100 name, your son could easily never, or rarely, have another child in his class with his name.
