Hey everyone,
We’ve recently found out I’m having a girl, and so the quest for finding the perfect name has begun! After finding out the news I was immediately drawn to the name [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] for her. We already have one child called [name_m]Fraser[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] Atley. We both love the name [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] ([name_u]Nick[/name_u] name [name_m]Leo[/name_m]) but we have doubts if it too unusual, and if she may have troubles later on in life with the name. So it would be really helpful for thoughts on the name, if it would go well with her brothers and suggestions for the 2 middle names
Thanks!
[name_m]Fraser[/name_m] and [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] are a great sibset! It’s not too unusual either-- it’s a classic, elegant name.

I love [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] and think it’s perfect with your son’s name! Not too unusual at all, but I love that it is unique. It is beautiful and I like nn [name_m]Leo[/name_m]
I love [name_f]Leonore[/name_f], nickname [name_m]Leo[/name_m]! She could also be [name_f]Nora[/name_f] if she ends up preferring something more feminine, so that makes it an ideal choice. It goes well with [name_m]Fraser[/name_m] in that they’re both recognizable / easily pronounced, but still offbeat and on the elegant side.
I’m not great with double middles myself, but I like the suggestion of [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Astrid[/name_f] a lot
Unusual but not too unusual. It sounds great next to [name_m]Fraser[/name_m].
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_f]Brigitte[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Agatha[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Camilla[/name_f] [name_f]Fern[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Astrid[/name_f]
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]
I don’t think it’s unusual at all, you might run into prn. problems, some might pronounce it le-nore (as in [name_m]Leonard[/name_m]) but it’s a wonderfully timeless name with a lot of history and absolutely beautiful for a child and an adult!
I think [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] is beautiful and not too out there.
I think [name_f]Leonore[/name_f] is so sophisticated and lovely–adorable on a child but elegant on an adult and it sounds great with brother [name_m]Fraser[/name_m].
It’s perfect! I love [name_m]Fraser[/name_m] and [name_f]Leonore[/name_f]!
[name_f]Leonore[/name_f] is definitely usable! It feels very medieval and European in an enchanting way, the kind of name you’d expect to see in a historical novel. She might have to spell it for people or correct the pronunciation every so often, but a lot of names have this problem, even common ones. Go fo it!
