[name]Lilac[/name] is currently penciled in to my short list BUT is it really adult appropriate? Can an adult pull it off without it always being super cutesy?
I think it is gorgeous… Can it really be used?
Thanks!

It’s a lovely name, but I think you have to be a certain kind of person to wear it as an adult. Maybe it could be a middle name? I see the name [name]Mila[/name] [name]Poppy[/name] in your signature… Maybe you could have a floral middle name theme for your daughters? Something like [name]Cassia[/name] [name]Lilac[/name] could sound perfect.
I think it could work on an adult, but it might be better as an mn. She could always go by [name]Lila[/name] if she felt it was too cutesy or immature for her professional career.
I don’t see it as anymore cutesy than [name]Violet[/name] or [name]Scarlett[/name]. It’s a botanical name, but a color too. L names are very popular.
If my name was [name]Lilac[/name], I would be hesitant to use my full name professionally, or socially. I’d probably go by [name]Lila[/name]. [name]Lilac[/name] is too whimsical for everyday life.
If [name]Lila[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] are wearable, there’s no reason [name]Lilac[/name] shouldn’t be. It’s pretty, refined, and quite stylish. I say use it!
I love it! I agree that it’s no different than an adult [name]Lily[/name], [name]Iris[/name], [name]Ruby[/name], etc…
