Is Liza too close to Lucy?

[name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and [name_f]Liza[/name_f]… what do you think?

assuming [name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] are the given names (and not nicknames), I think the sibset is great!

Very cute! [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] might be another option if you like it.
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] sound perfect together…I also like that each gets their own first letter so [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] isn’t left out. Plus the syllables go 1, 2, then 3 And [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] could still go by [name_f]Liza[/name_f] if she liked.

I second the suggestion of using [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] instead, for the reasons mom2one2 gave.

I think [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] & [name_f]Liza[/name_f] are teeny bit too similar, but as already suggested you could use [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and have [name_f]Liza[/name_f] as the nickname! [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is another option. [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] & [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] sound super cute together

I think it’s fine. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] would be divine

I think it’s great! [name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] sound different enough to be sisters. However, I’m pronouncing it L-eye-zah, but if it’s pronounced [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-zah it still sounds fine.

It definitely would be LIE-ZAH not lee-zah.

I think they may be a little too close, because they have similar sounds and length. I like the suggestion of [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and you could still use [name_f]Liza[/name_f] as a nickname!

[name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] definitely aren’t too close for sisters. And I was going to suggest [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as an alternative too- [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] make a lovely sibset!

Thanks for the input! Most of you seem to be suggesting [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Liza[/name_f]. I like both names, but might prefer [name_f]Liza[/name_f] actually. (My husband also works with an [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] which isn’t a deal breaker at all, but we know a couple of them, and don’t know any [name_f]Liza[/name_f]'s.)

So, which is best of these with [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and….?

[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Liza[/name_f]
or
[name_f]Elyse[/name_f]
or (totally different): [name_u]June[/name_u]

I’m kind of liking [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Liza[/name_f] best for the first name, maybe with [name_f]Grier[/name_f] or [name_u]June[/name_u] as a middle.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]/ [name_f]Liza[/name_f] [name_f]Grier[/name_f] or [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]/[name_f]Liza[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]
OR, [name_u]June[/name_u] [name_f]Elyse[/name_f]…

I would choose [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] over [name_f]Liza[/name_f]. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] make adorable sister names! it’s [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] that seems like the odd one out.

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is not too close with [name_f]Liza[/name_f] but I prefer [name_f]Eliza[/name_f].
