Have not yet met a little [name_m]Max[/name_m], and I honestly don’t recall ever meeting one, even in school. I have known several Logans though, the youngest being two (I’m in the midwest us)
I am from the Midwest and know 3 Logan’s, all boys. More popular in my area than [name_m]Max[/name_m] in my opinion!
[name_m]Max[/name_m] is more popular for sure where I am! [name_m]Max[/name_m] is both a full name and a nickname, so I think that affects its ranking. There might be a [name_m]Maximus[/name_m], [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m], and [name_m]Max[/name_m] who all go by [name_m]Max[/name_m], but they show up as 3 different names in the rankings
Where I am I think they are on even playing field they are both relative popular and have a similar feel to Zachary, Mason & Aidan style names. However these names aren’t as popular as the likes of Alfie, Archie, Harry, Maddox & George in my area.
[name_m]Max[/name_m] is more popular. Last year, twice as many Maxes as Logans were born. [name_m]Logan[/name_m] only started getting popular the last 10 years, while [name_m]Max[/name_m] has been popular for more than 40 years. I know many people named [name_m]Max[/name_m] but I have never met someone named [name_m]Logan[/name_m]. I’m from the Netherlands.
Definitely [name_m]Logan[/name_m]. I have known so many Logans and no Maxes.
[name_m]Logan[/name_m] for sure (Southern US)
Funnily enough I actually have cousins named [name_m]Logan[/name_m] and [name_m]Max[/name_m]!
I know more Maxes - though that might span ages since I know a bunch who are in their twenties.
They’re about the same popularity wise where I live in [name_f]England[/name_f], pretty evenly used!
max for sure. i know at least ten. most of them are just max and then a fair few are maximillian, maxwell and even a few girl maxine’s ‘max’! i only know two logan’s! i’m in aus. to be fair though, the youngest max i probably know i eight so i haven’t heard any little ones running around!
They’re both pretty popular in my area. I want to say I know more Logan’s, but not 100% on that
The only [name_m]Logan[/name_m] that I know is my nephew and I don’t know any kids or adults named [name_m]Max[/name_m]
I’ve met one [name_m]Logan[/name_m], but he’s a massive a-hole, and I haven’t met any Max’s
I know some of both, but definitely more named [name_m]Max[/name_m]! Usually short for [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m].
[name_m]Max[/name_m]
[name_m]Logan[/name_m] is more of a rude stuck up teenage boy vibe where I live, it has kind of aged out of the name pool here for that reason
I know 2 of each!
[name_m]Logan[/name_m], I know a lot in my general age group (born between 1998-2004)
[name_m]Max[/name_m], I know a lot about 10 years younger than me. However, I don’t know any very young children (<5) by either name.
I second @PeachyMum’s comment of the common boys’ names. It feels that most people in my age group at least, go for -den names for their sons. I can’t picture anyone I know in my circles choosing [name_m]Logan[/name_m] or [name_m]Max[/name_m] (not that they’re bad names, though!)
[name_m]Logan[/name_m] hands down. I’ve seen it on boys and a girl. [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_f]England[/name_f] USA
