I’ve recently come across that name [name_f]Renee[/name_f] and really like it. [name_f]Do[/name_f] y’all think its too dated?
I think it’s a lovely name!
I think it’s pretty
Not dated just a tad boring. My 11-year-old sister has a friend named [name_f]Renee[/name_f] who I’ve known since they were in kindergarten so I can easily picture it on a young kid.
I love [name_f]Renee[/name_f]. I also like it spelled [name_f]Renae[/name_f], even though I am aware it isn’t the traditional spelling (and I tend to like traditional names better). It’s a timeless name that will age well!
My favorite babysitter was a [name_u]Ren[/name_u]ée…& this was back in the '70s, so she would have been born in the '50s. I’ve only ever heard of one [name_u]Ren[/name_u]ée in the last 20 years in my pretty wide circle of friends having children, so I think it’s pretty rare now. Had my ex not disliked it so much it would have been among my top options for our daughter.
I love [name_f]Renee[/name_f]! I think it’s elegant and timeless. I know it was a common middle name for a while and now it’s kind of out of fashion, but I think it’s beautiful and not too dated at all. It also reminds me of [name_f]Renee[/name_f] O’[name_m]Connor[/name_m], who is a great namesake!
I prefer the spelling [name_f]Renae[/name_f], but I do think it’s still relevant.
I had just been thinking you never hear the name [name_f]Renee[/name_f] the other day.
I like it. I can’t think of anything negative about it. Always a positive.
It’s not my style but I don’t tie it to a particular generation. I think it’s perfectly usable on a child today. Good luck.
Yes, obviously it is, and it’s so pretty!
I don’t think it’s tied to a particularly decade, so I don’t find it dated at all. I think it hits that sweet spot of being familiar without overly popular.
I think it’s very useable and lovely.
why not? I don’t think it’s a bad name.
I definitely don’t think it’s dated; I think [name_f]Renee[/name_f] is a lovely name.
