I absolutely love the name [name_f]Sally[/name_f]!

And it seems to go with the theme of so many retro names going around. But I never see it here! Is there a reason? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like it?

I wish we could use it in our family, but we already have a [name_m]Linus[/name_m]. We aren’t THAT big of Peanuts fans. :sweat_smile:

I think it’s hard to find here because not many names connect to it. It’s kind of its own thing.

I think [name_f]Sally[/name_f] is so sweet! I guess it might just still seem too outdated to most people because it was most popular in the middle of last century (I think). Maybe in ten years or so, more people will appreciate it!

Sally is super cute. I think it feels a tiny bit dated, which is probably why it isn’t so popular right now. I’d love to meet a little [name_f]Sally[/name_f] though!
Aside from Peanuts, [name_f]Sally[/name_f] makes me think of The Nightmare Before [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] and [name_f]Sally[/name_f] [name_m]Field[/name_m] - two lovely associations to me!

It’s not a favorite of mine but it also isn’t my style. It’s a bit dated to me and feels a bit unsubstantial. I’m also not a big fan of vintage nicknames so that’s something.

I LOVE [name_f]Sally[/name_f]! One of my very favorite names. I consider it similar to [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. Sweet, charming, & classic. We would have chosen for our daughter but it doesn’t go with our surname. Wish I heard it more often though!
