Is this name too rhymey?

Ilias Leo

What are your thoughts on this combo?

  • I am pronouncing Ilias very different from Elias, which I say like (Ee-lie-us), as I naturally read it as sounding like (ILL-ee-us)

I don’t think it’s too rhymey at all! The flow is lovely!

I don’t think it’s too rhymes either! A lovely name! And I would pronounce [name_m]Ilias[/name_m] the same way

Sounds like a latin motto? Its a lot of Ls for sure. Not rhymey but a bit of a tongue twister.

I think it does sound a bit rhymey because of the “lee” sound in both names (assuming you pronounce [name_u]Leo[/name_u] as lee-oh rather than lay-oh). But I think it’s workable. I really like [name_m]Ilias[/name_m]!

i don’t think it’s ‘rhymey’, it is a little heavy on the ‘L’ sounds but i don’t think that makes it unusable.
