could [name_f]Ella[/name_f] be a nickname for [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] plausibly? I realize it would be a bit of a stretch, but could it work?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t work!
I love the suggestions of [name_f]Lina[/name_f] and [name_f]Evvy[/name_f]. Depending on her middle name she could also go by her initials (for example, [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] “EJ”)

Yes, it is far off and may be questioned, but yes, it’ll work.

All of my NN suggestions have been said, so I’ll just second [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Evie[/name_f].

i mean, you can call your kid whatever you want, so yes. But it is a bit of a stretch
