I think [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is perfectly usable as a nickname for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]. I’d also suggest [name_f]Fina[/name_f] and Sephy.
I think [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is usable.
You could also use:
Raphi
[name_f]Sina[/name_f] / [name_f]Rina[/name_f]
Phina
[name_f]Fifi[/name_f] would be really cute for a little girl named [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]! I don’t think it ages super well though. As she gets older she could go by just Fi/[name_u]Fee[/name_u], which sounds less cutesy, or [name_f]Sera[/name_f] or the full [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f].
Definitely. I love [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] and [name_f]Fina[/name_f] too.
[name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is cute, and definitely works. I agree with Bonfireazalea that Fi/[name_u]Fee[/name_u] would be an easy transition as she gets older.
If you mean can you conceivably derive [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] from [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], yes. That said, I feel as though it’s the sort of nickname that eventually someone might grow to dislike? I think it depends on the person and context.
Other nicknames for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]: Phina, [name_m]Seraph[/name_m], Seri, Raph/Raf
[name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is great for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]!
I’d also suggest Sephy, Saffie and [name_f]Effie[/name_f]
Yes, [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is definitely usable, and it works well for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]. I would really like nicknames Seppie or [name_f]Effie[/name_f] for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] myself, and I also like the name spelled [name_f]Serafina[/name_f], which might make the nicknames with F’s a little more direct/obvious.
There is a fairly prominent middle-aged comedian / radio/TV personality here in Australia who goes by [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] Box (her name is [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] Box), so the name doesn’t feel overly cutesy and childish to me, I suppose due to this association and the fact that it works for this person so very well. I think it has the potential to age fairly well.
Yes, [name_f]Fifi[/name_f] is definitely a great nickname for [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Sera[/name_f] and Rafie. What about [name_f]Nina[/name_f], [name_f]Pia[/name_f], [name_f]Sia[/name_f], [name_f]Rina[/name_f], Finnie, Sephie, [name_f]Siri[/name_f]/Seri, [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Sena[/name_f]?
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] means “ardent” so I think you can play with that to. What do you think about Fiery, [name_u]Ember[/name_u], [name_u]Blaze[/name_u] and [name_u]Arden[/name_u]?
