[name]Kay[/name] for a first name? Im really loving [name]Kay[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] right now (all my kids have three names. Im just worried its too old sounding
Definitely usable. [name]Kay[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] is a very nice name.
I know a young [name]Katherine[/name] who goes by the nickname [name]Kay[/name]. I think it is sweet and fits well with the shorter names trend ([name]Ava[/name], [name]Emma[/name], etc.).
[name]Love[/name] it! [name]Kay[/name] is a great fn!
Honestly, [name]Kay[/name] seems too old/dated for a child born now. I think [name]Kate[/name] would be a better option. She can be called [name]Kay[/name] or K as a nickname. [name]Kate[/name] nn K is very cute.
[name]Kate[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] is swoon worthy.
I’m not sure it’s ready? I hear you but you might be ahead of your time! Saying that, paired with the right middle name it could work.
I know a 30 something [name]Kaye[/name] and I prefer that spelling but it could come back to me [name]Kate[/name] is almost just as dated as is [name]Katherine[/name].
Maybe [name]Katya[/name] could work of [name]Katia[/name] nn [name]Kay[/name]
I think [name]Kay[/name] and [name]Faye[/name] are both fabulous and ready to come back! For me, [name]Kay[/name] is infinitely more interesting than another boring [name]Kate[/name]. The fact that most [name]Kay[/name]'s are in their 50s is reason enough to bring it back. She will surely be the only [name]Kay[/name] for miles and miles!
Agree with @tintri, I have a soft spot for [name]Kay[/name] and think its definitely usable, [name]Faye[/name] as well.
I think it’s cute and sweet!
I think [name]Kay[/name] is a great first name.
For sure ready for a comeback!
I love [name]Kay[/name] for a first name. My step- Granny is called [name]Cathleen[/name] and she goes by [name]Kay[/name] and I adore it.
I love [name]Kay[/name]. Makes me think of all things Arthurian, not mom-jeans. Wasn’t there a [name]Kay[/name] in [name]Paul[/name] Bowles’ The Sheltering [name]Sky[/name]?
I was thinking of [name]Kay[/name], or [name]Cay[/name], for a possible future [name]Acacia[/name].
I think [name]Kay[/name] is blah. Boring. [name]Just[/name] a single letter. K.
I love the combo, but it’s the [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] part that makes it. I do like the suggestion of using [name]Kay[/name] as a nickname for [name]Katherine[/name]. [name]Katherine[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] is gorgeous!
I think [name]Kay[/name] is cute, and it’s a little dated, but as tintri said, she’ll probably be the only [name]Kay[/name]!
I love this one! I don’t think it sounds old. I have told this story probably too many times, but I went to school with a girl named [name]Kay[/name]. She had a twin sister named [name]Leigh[/name]. ([name]Truth[/name])
Seriously so many Kayleys/Kayleighs/Cayleys running around [name]Kay[/name] (which seems way more classic to me) doesn’t seem out dated at all. Probably other little girls answer to [name]Kay[/name] or will call themselves [name]Kay[/name] as an adult.
I love [name]Fay[/name] or [name]Faye[/name] as well!
I don’t think it is too dated at all. I seriously considered using it for my daughter and know two baby Kays/Kayes.
I know a [name]Kay[/name] (in her 20s). Her name is [name]Kathleen[/name], but I’ve never heard her use it. I also know a [name]Jay[/name] (in his 50s), and he get’s a few strange looks and people think it’s spelled ‘J’, but I think [name]Kay[/name]'s totally ready to come back and usable! [name]Kay[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]June[/name] is beautiful and doesn’t sound clunky like most double middle name names.
I don’t see why not. [name]Mae[/name] is starting to make a comeback and [name]Kay[/name] is similar to that. It’s also similar to [name]Kaylee[/name], [name]Katelyn[/name], etc.
