[name]Hi[/name]! As a second middle name, I don’t think it’s too out there.

[name]Hannah[/name], I’ve always heard [name]Balthazar[/name] pronounced as BALL (like the word “ball”)-thuh-zahr.

bal-thu-zar is how i have heard it pronounced, as in [name]Balthazar[/name] Getty form [name]Lord[/name] of the Flies. Great name!!!

Well it would ONLY be used as a second middle name, so it probably wouldnt even be known by most people, so there wouldnt be a nickname for it:)
