Yes, no offense, but it does sound a little silly to forego names you love just to spell out the initials of a book series you like. I think there are probably more subtle ways to honour your love of ASOIAF, like maybe using your favourite characters’ names as middles. Nobody looks at middle names on resumes or applications; often times they only let you include one initial, and your family might be more willing to accept unusual names if they aren’t used in the first name slot.
It would quite the odds-beating feat if you managed to have the exact number of children of the exact genders in the exact order that would fit this pattern! And what if you started it, then oops had a boy when you hoped for a girl and couldn’t find a name with that letter that you loved like you loved your other kids’ names? Doesn’t seem quite fair to the little bebe. Besides, no matter how obsessed you are now, you have no guarantee that you will always feel this way about the series, even if you do always like it to some degree. I’d go with what previous poster suggested and pay tribute to the literature you love in a different, more subtle & flexible way.
