I was thinking of sounds that seem like great names, and one just really stuck out to me.

…Tesser?

For a boy. I’m a huge [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] L’Engle fan as well, so it makes it even better. It sounds like a masculine version of [name_f]Tessa[/name_f].

Some regional accents drop the final “r”, so Tesser would sound just like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f].

I think it’s okay but definitely on the unusual side. My only concern would be that it looks a lot like a swear word.

I’d say it’s usable. I do pronounce Tesser just like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], though, and it makes me immediately think of the insult ‘tosser’, so I’d personally be wary for those reasons.

I’d say it’s usable, but definitely out there. If you’re not concerned about it sounding like (and getting mistaken for) [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], I’d say it’s fine.

I kind of like it. I dont think its that far out.
