DH and I have a special connection for a few reasons to the song [name_u]Isa[/name_u] Lei [name_f]Lia[/name_f] (fiji version)
[name_f]Do[/name_f] u think [name_u]Isa[/name_u] Lei is usable as a fn? (prn ee-suh lay)
U can hear the name pronounced in the song here: Isa Lei Lia - YouTube
( that isnt me just a video from youtube)
Also would u spell it as [name_u]Isa[/name_u] Lei or Isalei? [name_m]Ty[/name_m]!
I think it sounds beautiful! I don’t see why you couldn’t use it - it’s both easy to say and spell. Gorgeous! I prefer the words separated. If you wanted them joined, maybe a hyphen? I think that would better than smooshing them together.
I’m usually not a fan of hyphenated names but in this case it really works! I would def use [name_u]Isa[/name_u]-Lei. I think it’s usable and sounds gorgeous! You probably will have to spell or pronounce the name for some people but I think they’ll catch on pretty quickly.
Very pretty! I personally prefer it as a double barrelled first name with no hyphen, but as a rule, I don’t like the look of hyphenated names so I’m probably biased.
I agree with the others, I think it is beautiful and definitely usable! The fact that it has special meaning to you and your DH is a huge bonus. Normally, I don’t go for hyphenated names but [name_u]Isa[/name_u]-Lei works since both pieces are so short and the name flows so nicely. So I’d either spell it like that or [name_u]Isa[/name_u] Lei.
