[name]Hi[/name] - I need objective opinions on this - we like the name [name]Charlotte[/name] but my husband works for a large global bank headquartered in [name]Charlotte[/name], NC. We don’t live there, we are many states away/different region of the US and don’t intend to ever move there. My husband also doesn’t want to stay at this company forever but with this economy who knows how long he’ll be there. He says he doesn’t mind the association, but I am wondering if this just seems a little weird such that we should cross it off the list? thx!
I think [name]Charlotte[/name] is common enough of a name, that even if you lived there it wouldn’t matter. I definitely you can use it still.
I think [name]Charlotte[/name] is a common name and so it should be fine. No one else but you will probably know that it relates to a city…
[name]Don[/name]'t worry about it, no one will think of it:)
just not sure if its the type of thing that should make us throw it out! ??
I’m not sure why you feel awkward about it–you don’t live anywhere near [name]Charlotte[/name], so what’s the problem?
I think it is totally fine! No one would think twice. In fact I happen to know a [name]Charlotte[/name] who lives in NC and she hardly ever gets comments.
