Is your name Sunny?

Is anyone here an adult [name_u]Sunny[/name_u]?
We are thinking of naming our baby [name_u]Sunny[/name_u],
But we are realizing it is a word people use… ALOT!
It is so nice and sunny today.
Awe man; I wish it was sunny.
It is supposed to be sunny all week…
You get the idea.

Any Sunny’s out there that can weigh in on if this has been soemthing that has bothered them or if it doesn’t matter or goes unnoticed?

I am not a [name_u]Sunny[/name_u], but I grew up knowing (and still know) one. I think she gets references to her name quite often, at least with new people, but I could be wrong. I’m not sure if it bothers her or not. I love the name, though!

Would you ask? :see_no_evil:

Not a [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] but I have a (double) word name used fairly often too! I don’t really make the connection between the word in regular conversation and the word as my name. I just don’t notice it.

That is great to know. Is it a name that is used daily around your house and in conversation, like [name_u]Sunny[/name_u]?

Almost identical to Sunny, actually — it’s Rain!

The full name is River Rain usually shortened to one or the other depending on who it is. We’re nature enthusiasts though, so both words are used all the time.
