[name_m]Hi[/name_m], I’m trying to convince my husband to go with [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] but he thinks the first name doesn’t go well with the last name.
What do you think of [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Black[/name_m]? Too many a’s and hard c-sounds?
The only other names we’re really considering are [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] (with a different middle name).
It isn’t terrible, but I do see what he is saying. The “ack” “ack” is easy to get caught up on. I think [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Black[/name_m] sounds the best of the options. Or maybe Issachar instead of [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]?
It’s a bit rhymey to me, but it doesn’t seem to bother the actor [name_m]Jack[/name_m] [name_m]Black[/name_m]. As much as I love the name [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], I would perhaps suggest [name_u]Owen[/name_u]. Between [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] it seems you are attracted to vowel sounds so here are some other suggestions…
Other than the “K” sound, I pronounce [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] and [name_m]Black[/name_m] differently and how often is he going to be called by his first and last name? I don’t see an issue.
