I think they are equally girly, but [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] feels more flouncy to me because it’s not as common and classic.

Going against the grain here by saying [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]! It seems more youthful to me, which gives it a girlier feel (although both are feminine)

They both sound girly to me, I would say [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] is more refined and romantic, and I love the meaning “fiery one” , it adds character.
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is also quite feminine, a nice name.

Both names are beautiful!
Seraphina and Isabella seem equally girly to me, but I’m going to say Seraphina is slightly more, because Isabella nearly always seems to get shortened, and Izzy doesn’t seem as girly to me (though I do love Izzy!)
