Taking flow and your son’s name into consideration my choice would be [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. The repeating -el in [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] is unappealing to me.

[name_f]Isla[/name_f]! its more unique than [name_f]Isabel[/name_f].

I would say [name_f]Isla[/name_f], only because I don’t care for the repeating “el” sound in [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Marcella[/name_f].

I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] is beautiful, and [name_m]Maverick[/name_m] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] sound great together.

P.S. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t despair! [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is only #141 in the US. Only slightly more popular than [name_m]Maverick[/name_m].

[name_f]Isla[/name_f] is so much nicer, in my opinion, than [name_f]Isabel[/name_f].

I am so over [name_f]Isabel[/name_f], [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] etc., but I also genuinely like the combination of [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Marcella[/name_f]. I think it’s great when the first and middle names have different numbers of syllables.

I like the flow of [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] a lot more than [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] - the repeated end syllable isn’t something I’m a big fan of, and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] also sounds very close to [name_f]Ella[/name_f] imo, so they almost have a rhyming effect together for me.

I prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f].
