I realize these are all very different names. We cannot decide between the three! Big sister’s name is [name]Ellie[/name]. I think [name]Isla[/name] goes well with [name]Ellie[/name]. I’m kind of into nicknames though and [name]Isla[/name] doesn’t really have a nickname. I love Lo for a nickname for [name]Lauren[/name]. My husband loves [name]Quinn[/name] for a girl and it’s growing on me! Name suggestions with cute nicknames also welcome 
I love [name]Isla[/name]! It’s by far my favorite of the three. I like [name]Quinn[/name], but not nearly as much as I do [name]Isla[/name]. [name]Lauren[/name] just seems really outdated to me. I like Q for [name]Quinn[/name], but I can’t really think of a nickname for [name]Isla[/name].
[name]Just[/name] a suggestion! Have you thought about [name]Lorelei[/name]/[name]Lorelai[/name] or [name]Laurel[/name] instead of [name]Lauren[/name]? They’re cousins of [name]Lauren[/name], but much much fresher.

Wow, they are all very different, but I agree that all three go well with [name]Ellie[/name] in their own way.
You could always call [name]Isla[/name] “[name]Izzie[/name]”/"[name]Izzy[/name]." [name]Ellie[/name] and [name]Izzie[/name] make a pretty adorable duet. I don’t love the name [name]Isla[/name] on its own - it strikes me as a bit dramatic against an easygoing name like [name]Ellie[/name], but a nickname could certainly fix that.
Lo is such a neat nickname! My name is [name]Laura[/name] and I always lamented my lack of a nickname growing up - wish someone had thought of Lo The name [name]Lauren[/name] itself feels a little dated to me. Have you considered [name]Laurel[/name]?
[name]Quinn[/name] isn’t my favorite, but “[name]Ellie[/name] and [name]Quinn[/name]” does have a nice ring to it. There’s something really spunky and sprightly there.
Anyway, I’m not sure you can go wrong with any of those three!

I love [name]Isla[/name], though I am biased. I do not think [name]Ellie[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] are too close. The only thing is you might be setting-up a pattern of names with the letter L in the middle of the name.

I personally feel [name]Lauren[/name] is a bit tired. I knew so many [name]Laurens[/name] in the 80s and 90s, spelled in every which way - including a boy, [name]Loren[/name].

My preference is for [name]Quinn[/name] or [name]Lauren[/name] (which I don’t think is dated) as sisters for [name]Ellie[/name].
Personally I think [name]Lauren[/name] is very common and unoriginal unlike [name]Quinn[/name] and [name]Isla[/name], which are very unique sounding. I like the name [name]Quinn[/name], it sounds spunky yet feminine.

it has such a beautiful sound and is still unique. I know like ten people named [name]Lauren[/name]. It’s overused and somewhat dated. And I’m not a fan of unisex names so [name]Quinn[/name] is out in my opinion.
With [name]Ellie[/name], I like either [name]Lauren[/name] or [name]Quinn[/name]. [name]Lauren[/name] could be [name]Laurie[/name] and [name]Quinn[/name] could be Quinnie.
