Is Isla too hard to pronounce/spell? Will Willa be heard as “Wilma” or “Willow”?

I think both [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] are familiar enough that they shouldn’t be a problem. They’re lovely names!
They’re both gorgeous, and pretty well-known names. You can’t go wrong!
Maybe yes to both questions depending on where you live
I love [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. 
I don’t think mishearing it as [name_u]Willow[/name_u] or [name_f]Wilma[/name_f] will be big issue at all. I’m named [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] and I do get misheard sometimes as well; people have (just a handful of times) mistaken my name for [name_f]Hailey[/name_f] because it’s much more popular among girls my age than [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] is! [name_f]Willa[/name_f] might face the same with [name_u]Willow[/name_u], but from personal experience, it’s really not that big a deal. Most of the time, I’m not misheard! I doubt [name_f]Willa[/name_f] would be either.
