[name_u]Esme[/name_u]
[name_f]Ismay[/name_f]!
I think [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] is more intriguing and I love the look of it. But it feels a bit more natural for me to say [name_u]Esme[/name_u] and that’s much more familiar in my area so I’d probably choose [name_u]Esme[/name_u].
[name_u]Esme[/name_u] looks better to me, but both are fine!
Definitely [name_u]Esme[/name_u]. [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] reads more like some sort of word to me rather than a name.
[name_u]Esme[/name_u], although with [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] I think you’d have a more straighforward pronunciation if you are looking for that. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] is my favorite of the two, however
[name_u]Esme[/name_u]
[name_u]Esme[/name_u].
[name_f]Ismay[/name_f] - so distinctive and lovely! You can’t go wrong with these two though
Ok I already commented but I also wanted to add that even love I like [name_f]Ismay[/name_f], it does also remind me of the word dismay which isn’t so nice.
[name_u]Esme[/name_u]. Ez-may. [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] is Is [name_f]May[/name_f] and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] is Es may or Es me
I personally would go with [name_f]Ismay[/name_f]
[name_f]Ismay[/name_f] definitely. [name_f]Esmay[/name_f] would be cool too.
Both are beautiful
[name_f]Ismay[/name_f] is my favourite she’s bright, visually intriguing and elegant. I think [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] feels whimsical and has a fairy quality to her. [name_u]Truly[/name_u] beautiful.
I like ismay because it seems the most straightforward. Before joining Nameberry I only ever thought of [name_u]Esme[/name_u] being said. es-mee.
[name_u]Esme[/name_u]. [name_f]Ismay[/name_f] is too close to dismay for me.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] Esme!!!
[name_u]Esme[/name_u] for sure
Ismay is absolutely my favorite of the 2. First of all, I think it leads to a clearer and more “structured” pronounciation if you will. Just for reference Ismay I think of as being pronounced (izz-may) whereas Esme I equally view being pronounced the same way, so also (izz-may) but also as (ez-may) or even (ez-mee).
