Hello,
I am 9 weeks pregnant with my first child. I will be getting the [name_u]Harmony[/name_u] test done next week and will know my baby’s gender then. I want to announce my pregnancy to family and friends by sharing the ultrasound along with a “Hello my name is…” sticker. Therefore, I need to choose a name.

I have a list of names that my SO and I have selected, and I’d love if you could help us narrow them down. Any insight or opinions are very much wanted! Our last name is [name_m]Phelps[/name_m] and her middle name is going to be J’Nett after my mother. If it’s a boy we will be naming him [name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Marquise[/name_m] [name_m]Phelps[/name_m].

Is J’Nett said like [name_f]Janette[/name_f]? I’d suggest spelling it this way.

[name_f]Aaleah[/name_f], [name_f]Jazmin[/name_f], and Reigna are my favorites. I’d prefer [name_f]Aaliyah[/name_f], [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f], and [name_f]Reina[/name_f] but I guess your spellings work in today’s world too. I do think Reigna and [name_m]King[/name_m] would be wayyy too much as siblings, so that’s something to consider.

[name_f]Miracle[/name_f] is just…bad. [name_f]Tierra[/name_f] is okay, and [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] makes me think of Psoriasis.

Yes J’nett is said like [name_f]Janette[/name_f] but my mother spells it J’Nett. Thank you for your feedback!

I love [name_f]Aaleah[/name_f] and [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] the most - they’re both so pretty!

Not sure about [name_f]Jazmin[/name_f] J’Nett though… [name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]/[name_f]Yazmin[/name_f]?

I think with the middle name, [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] J’Nett [name_m]Phelps[/name_m] is my favourite combo. Good luck!

I think [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] is definitely the winner here. It’s a gorgeous name, and works well with J’Nett. [name_f]Aaliyah[/name_f] and [name_f]Reina[/name_f] (those spellings!) would be my runners up.

I actually like [name_f]Jazmin[/name_f] with J’nett. I prefer the spelling [name_f]Jeanette[/name_f] myself but I understand that you want to honour your mother.

I agree with nearly everyone here! I don’t think [name_f]Jazmin[/name_f] J’Nett is ‘over the top’ but I would prefer a without repeated letters. [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] is cute and I could see it working.
If it’s [name_m]King[/name_m] for a boy, choose Reigna!!! They go so well together, but I wouldn’t use them as sibling names.

I actually really like [name_f]Tierra[/name_f]. Have you consider [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] or [name_f]Deeanna[/name_f] too?

I love [name_f]Tierra[/name_f]. [name_f]Tierra[/name_f] is regal and princessy and beautiful without being over the top. [name_f]Tierra[/name_f] J’Nett [name_m]Phelps[/name_m]. Very lovely! [name_f]Sariyah[/name_f] would be my second choice, also a very pretty name.

What about [name_f]Regina[/name_f] instead of Reigna? I misread it that way at first and actually love it more. It means queen, so definitely in line with your style. Other than that my favourites are [name_f]Jazmin[/name_f] and [name_f]Tierra[/name_f].
