Italian (American) Boys names?

Can you help me come up with some ideas for boys’ names that are Italian-sounding (even in the loosest sense - spanish, greek, really anything mediterranean will do) that are also Americanized? We have a [name]Rosa[/name] & [name]Nico[/name] and baby #3 is on the way. My husband is picky, though, and doesn’t want anything too “out there” as he says it. THANK YOU!
