Italian Family Names?

I have some characters in need of Italian middle names, preferably two middle names each.
None of these first names are certain yet (suggestions and opinions welcome!), but this is what I have right now:

Father: [name_m]Matteo[/name_m] ____ ____
Mother: [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f] ____ ____ “Tia”
Daughter #1: [name_f]Ilaria[/name_f] ____ ____
Daughter #2: [name_f]Orianna[/name_f] ____ ____
[name_m]Son[/name_m]: [name_m]Enzo[/name_m] ____ ____

([name_m]Son[/name_m] & Daughter #2 are twins)

Some others I have considered:
[name_f]Sofia[/name_f]
[name_f]Rafaela[/name_f]
[name_m]Leonardo[/name_m]

(Any surname suggestions would also be welcome.)

I forgot to add that I am also considering [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] for the son’s name, with the nn [name_m]Enzo[/name_m].
