We had our ultrasound and our first is a BOY! We are ecstatic (although I already had a girl name picked out!) Now the big task is picking out a name we both [name]LOVE[/name]!
We want to use family names. [name]Arthur[/name] (my husbands middle) will be in the name for sure… we had been thinking for a first, but we aren’t feeling that for our little one, so we are now thinking as a middle.
We have come up with a few names we both like!! (which has been hard)
[name]Vincent[/name] (our number one right now) – my great-grandfathers name (what would a good nn be?) --I like less common than 101 on the popularity charts, however :S [name]Solomon[/name] – we don’t know if it is totally usable – no family connection [name]Theon[/name] – honors a family name of [name]Theodore[/name] [name]Hugh[/name] – way back on my family tree
Our last name starts with a V and ends in an er. What are your opinions on our names? what do you think our our best combos? thanks for your help!!
I would go with either [name]Hugh[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] or [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Arthur[/name]. [name]Hugh[/name] is such a handsome name! [name]Vincent[/name] paired with your surname that starts with a V might sound a bit repetitive. [name]Theon[/name] doesn’t sound as attractive to me as your other names do. Good luck!
