Yesterday, we learnt that we’re expecting a little girl !!! We’re so excited !! But now, we really need help with the name !
Our girl’s list has been refreshed, and now DH likes many vintage names !!!
Great list - I especially love [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. My absolute favourite would be [name_f]Florence[/name_f] or [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
[name_f]Florence[/name_f] and [name_f]Thea[/name_f] are my two absolute favorites from your list. I also like [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], [name_f]Sarah[/name_f], and [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] - a beautiful name that you can’t go wrong with
[name_f]Ada[/name_f] - I think this would be great for you because it’s pretty thought it’s simple, and feels modern although it’s vintage
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] - not the most sophisticated name on your list, it’s rising rapidly in popularity
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] - strong. My favourite, but perhaps one of the least gentle name on your list, and the most conservative.
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] - wispy and insignificant. It should be used as a nickname for [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] or [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] - seems a little flouncy next to some of the more serious and conservative names on your list
[name_f]Estelle[/name_f] - more serene than [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], more stylish than [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], and sounds vintage
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - beautiful name that feels modern the way [name_f]Ada[/name_f] does.
[name_f]Florence[/name_f] - not as popular as the other names on this list. Dramatic.
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] - it’s very popular, but for good reason. It doesn’t feel vintage because it’s used so often, it’s just more of a classic.
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - such a great name, beautiful classic.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] - rising in popularity, but it’s a wearable , stylish name.
[name_f]Octavia[/name_f] - beautiful but it isn’t a vintage name, and seems overdramatic next to names like [name_f]Ada[/name_f] or [name_f]Sarah[/name_f].
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f] - would you be happy with such a simple, popular name? Would be beautiful as a middle name…
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] - lovely, but becoming very popular. [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] is vintage, but [name_f]Thea[/name_f] sounds modern to me.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - beautiful and sweet but also chic and meaningful.
My favourites from your list are [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] and [name_f]Thea[/name_f]. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_f]Florence[/name_f] are also lovely. Some suggestions:
