We have like the name [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f] for years but have been exploring other options for a few months and eliciting the help of berries. As soon as she was born we knew she was our little [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f]. It has a clunky, vintage charm that might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it suits her chubby cheeks, dimples and sweet personality perfectly. My grandma, [name_f]Doris[/name_f], also likes to think she is partly named after her and we enjoy a that association. [name_f]Esther[/name_f] is another old name we’ve liked and is also down both our family tree lines. [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] was given to honor my husband’s grandma, [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], as [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] means [name_f]Pearl[/name_f].
