It turns out that my (otherwise very cool) boyfriend really doesn’t want to compromise on [name]Xavier[/name] for comic book reasons best known to himself. Thankfully, I love it. [name]Arlo[/name] and [name]Cole[/name] are my two name loves with [name]Xavier[/name]. Can you let me know which is your favourite of these four and if there are any you would avoid?
His top choice is [name]Xavier[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] ([name]Thomas[/name] is his name). What do you think? I love [name]Cole[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] but come on, has anyone else had a boyfriend who wants to pick ALL the names?!
1 [name]Xavier[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] - can’t go wrong with these two classic names. If your boyfriend gets his way this time, you get to choose the next child’s name. I think [name]Xavier[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] would be wonderful as brothers (much better than [name]Xavier[/name] and [name]Cole[/name]) so I think you should save [name]Arlo[/name] for a future son.
2 [name]Xavier[/name] [name]Cole[/name] - not a fan of [name]Cole[/name] but it sounds cool in the middle spot.
I am not a fan of [name]Arlo[/name], but either [name]Cole[/name] or [name]Thomas[/name] is great!
[name]Love[/name] the X-Men! We have [name]Xavier[/name] on our boy’s list and [name]Phoenix[/name] and [name]Raven[/name] on our middle name list! We also had [name]Logan[/name] on our list, but it is too popular now.
[name]How[/name] about [name]Cole[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Xavier[/name]? 3 names seem to be a lot at first. But I love the sound of it and all both of your names would be included.

I think [name]Cole[/name] is such a great name, I love [name]Cole[/name] [name]Porter[/name], [name]Nat[/name] [name]King[/name] [name]Cole[/name]… [name]Cole[/name] [name]Turner[/name] on Charmed!!! [name]Just[/name] saying… All great names though. I love me some [name]Thomas[/name] as well!
[name]Xavier[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] does sound good together I admit, and I like the idea of carrying on the tradition in [name]Tom[/name]'s family - his middle name is his dad’s first. [name]Mischa[/name], I like your idea of having dibs on the next baby’s name (if we have another!) Uselesskitty, I vetoed [name]Logan[/name] for it’s popularity too! [name]Cole[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] does sound great, but maybe a bit too long after his surname is added.
Sorry to disappoint [name]Ottilie[/name]! [name]Just[/name] being incredulous that it has taken baby name discussions for me to realise I’ve been going out with a wannabe Big Bang [name]Theory[/name] geek for 3 years, haha!
My boyfriend is right with yours. If he had his way his kids would be [name]Dante[/name] (from Devil [name]May[/name] Cry), [name]Virgil[/name] (also from Devil [name]May[/name] Cry), Ninja, Claymore and Wesker (Resident Evil).
I think [name]Xavier[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] is handsome and I like that it sticks with family tradition. But I would fight long and hard for rights to any other children if you have more.
I really like [name]Arlo[/name] [name]Xavier[/name].
(And I have a friend whose husband is trying to convince her to let him use two comic book names for their child. Oddly he’s usually the conservative one. lol.)
Haha, yeah. When I started the name conversations with my boyfriend he only suggested musician and painter names, not really names he liked just people he liked. [name]Xavier[/name] is really cool though, and you can use nn [name]Xavi[/name] which is super sweet!
Oh dear I got one of those too! My partner has somehow managed to con me into giving our kids names from his favourite anime! I didn’t even realise before way after they had both gotten their names…! Amazing!
