Had our 20 week US today and its official, [name]Lucia[/name] is going to have a little sister!
Super excited, BUT girls names are SOOOOO hard! I have a list a mile long of boy names I love… Girls on the other hand seem like they just don’t live up to Big sister [name]Lucia[/name] ([name]Lou[/name]-sha).
We want a name that is strong and one that she can grow into. Middle names are family names. Out last name sounds like “Purple” and is Eastern European (very few vowels).
From your list, [name]Aurora[/name] is my favourite! [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Aurora[/name] - neither outshines the other. I like all of your other names except for [name]Hayden[/name] just because it reminds me of very common names these days ([name]Jaden[/name], [name]Kayden[/name], [name]Aiden[/name], etc.).
But your other names are very different from the European-sounding [name]Lucia[/name]. I also like the meaning of [name]Aurora[/name] and [name]Rory[/name] for nn is cute!
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Lee[/name] is my favourite, [name]Aurora[/name] goes well with [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Rory[/name] is a very cute nickname. I think [name]Hannah[/name] would be too common as [name]Lucia[/name] is a more unique name.
I love Haddie as a nn, but I’m not too keen on [name]Hayden[/name]. I prefer Haddie or [name]Hattie[/name] as a stand alone, though I don’t mind [name]Hadley[/name] as well. [name]Hadley[/name] [name]Jane[/name] would be really cute. Other ideas:

I think [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Carolina[/name] makes the next best match, but I like both [name]Hannah[/name] and [name]Jocelyn[/name] much more than [name]Carolina[/name].

I think [name]Carolina[/name] and [name]Lucia[/name] sound the most like sisters out of your name choices. The name that came to mind to suggest is [name]Emilia[/name] or [name]Beitris[/name]. [name]Beitris[/name] is the Scottish form of [name]Beatrice[/name] and is pronounced [name]BEE[/name]-tris.

I am on the fence about [name]Aurora[/name]. I like the addition of [name]Anastasia[/name] and [name]Viviana[/name]… We will see if DH agrees. We also had [name]Adrienne[/name] “[name]Andi[/name]” and [name]Rosemary[/name] “[name]Remi[/name]” on the list the first time around and could maybe bring those back to consideration.
