I love the name [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I can definitely see it on a (hopefully not too far into the)future daughter and I’m hoping to get some suggestions that have a similar feel. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], to me, is vintage but still relevant and cool, and could easily fit a number of personalities. I’m far more sure of my boy list than of my girls, so I’m hoping to find some fresh new names that appeal to me.
A few other favorites to give context - [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Laurel[/name_f], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Selena[/name_f], [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f], [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], and boys - [name_m]Abel[/name_m], [name_m]Edmond[/name_m], [name_u]Sage[/name_u], [name_m]Harrison[/name_m], [name_u]Kit[/name_u], [name_m]Maxim[/name_m], [name_m]Atlas[/name_m], [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. [name_m]Feel[/name_m] free to suggest any personal favorites, even if they don’t fit with my suggestions. My taste is pretty eclectic. Thanks!
I immediately thought of nature/earthy names I like. The ones that come to mind include:
Girls:
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (so cute)
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Dahlia[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] (nn [name_u]June[/name_u]/[name_f]Junie[/name_f])
Boys/Unisex:
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_u]Sage[/name_u]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]
I have an [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and a [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. Still love both of their names ([name_m]Leo[/name_m] came first…we chose [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] as a good sibling name with a similar feel but not too matchy). Had we had a third, which we wouldn’t, our girl name would have been [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and our boy name would have been [name_m]Simon[/name_m].
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], and [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], and [name_m]Simon[/name_m]
Off your list I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f], [name_f]Luna[/name_f]
I also like [name_f]Delia[/name_f], [name_f]Gemma[/name_f], [name_f]Willa[/name_f] really most 2 syllable ends in a names pair very nicely with [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
I want to like [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] but it comes off too naturey for me.
I like [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and the suggestions of [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. I also think [name_f]Clara[/name_f], [name_f]Cora[/name_f], and [name_f]Florence[/name_f] would work well.
