Omg you’re living my dream! When I was like 6… I wanted to have all girl babies and name them all after flowers ([name]Lilly[/name], [name]Rose[/name], [name]Violet[/name]…) So cute! Anyway, to be perfectly honest I can’t make up my mind either! I think I like the sound of [name]Dahlia[/name] more, but the idea of [name]Ivy[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] matching more.
I don’t really care for the name [name]Ivy[/name]. So that is why I choose [name]Dahlia[/name]. [name]Love[/name] [name]Violet[/name]!! Very pretty.
I also like [name]Violet[/name] and the name [name]Olivia[/name] together…
I chose [name]Dahlia[/name]. Sure, it’s a flower name, but most people know that [name]Ivy[/name] is a nature name, while they might not know that [name]Dahlia[/name] is a flower name.
Besides, [name]Dahlia[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] is utterly gorgeous.
I think both [name]Dahlia[/name] combos are gorgeous (would probably lean toward [name]Juliet[/name]). I think a name with a V could be cute ([name]Violet[/name] and [name]Evander[/name], [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Gulliver[/name], [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Evangeline[/name], Violent and [name]Guinevere[/name], etc), but [name]Ivy[/name] is so short that (to me) it’s almost all V, making [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] feel too V-heavy [name]IMO[/name]. [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Dahlia[/name] would be gorgeous sisters. You could try [name]Clover[/name] to get the nature name with a V, but I don’t think it’s nearly as graceful and lush as [name]Dahlia[/name]…

[name]Dahlia[/name] is pronounced [name]Day[/name]-lia or [name]Dale[/name]-ya, isn’t it?
My vote is for [name]Dahlia[/name]. [name]Ever[/name] since I lived on [name]Dahlia[/name] [name]Street[/name] once I have loved it as a name. I have never cared for [name]Ivy[/name]. I always think of poison ivy. [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] is V heavy. [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Dahlia[/name] are both flowers. [name]Ivy[/name] is a plant. Definitely go with [name]Dahlia[/name].
I like them both, but prefer [name]Dahlia[/name] by a lot, the main reason being really just taste. I suppose I think it’s a mildly better match than [name]Ivy[/name] to [name]Violet[/name] for reasons others have cited here.
[name]Dahlia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]! I [name]LOVE[/name] the names [name]Dahlia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name], but I have never liked [name]Ivy[/name]…I guess it just makes me think poison ivy! And now that it’s [name]Beyonce[/name]'s baby’s mn I think it could end up over-exposed (more likely people will go for [name]Ivy[/name] over the less wearable [name]Blue[/name]). So my vote is for [name]Dahlia[/name] (which would be so cute with nn [name]Dolly[/name]. I love the less obvious flower/plant names. Maybe [name]Zinnia[/name] will be next?

Definitely [name]Dahlia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]! I don’t see the appeal of [name]Dahlia[/name] at all and [name]Violet[/name] [name]Abigail[/name] and [name]Dahlia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] are just so adorable. They are both six letters, flowers and most importantly, lovely!
