I am starting to really love [name]Jane[/name], but mostly as a middle name or for a double first name (a la [name]Mary[/name] [name]Jane[/name]) just wondering what people think of it being used like that and any other combos that you like.
Iβm not a big fan of double names for the most part, but things like [name]Becca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Claire[/name] can be slightly appealing. I know a girl who goes by [name]Mary[/name] [name]Julia[/name], and that just seems a bit too long for my taste. Iβd do something like [name]Rebecca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and just call my daughter [name]Becca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] if I wanted a double nameβ¦
[name]Jane[/name] as a middle name is absolutely lovely! Here are some suggestionsβ¦
We named our daughter [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] with no intention of the double first name but she goes by [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] most of the time or EJ. Good [name]Luck[/name]
Thank you so much for the brilliant suggestions everyone!
Here are the ones that I love the most:
[name]Annora[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β[name]Nora[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β
[name]Dorothy[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β[name]Dotty[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β
[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β[name]Tilly[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β[name]Poppy[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β
[name]Rosalind[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β[name]Rosa[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Lucy[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Ruby[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Celia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Flora[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
Zard - I love the name [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name]! Brilliant choice
My momβs and sisterβs middle name is [name]Jane[/name]. Their first names are [name]Nancy[/name] and [name]Margaret[/name].
I personally think [name]Nancy[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is really cutesy, but [name]Margaret[/name] [name]Jane[/name] brings out the timelessness of β[name]Jane[/name]β.
Iβd personally go with a longer, more formal first name than a short one, because β[name]Jane[/name]β can turn from classic to cutesy in .324 seconds.
My daughterβs name is [name]Rebecca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] β sheβll be 2 on [name]Sunday[/name] β and we have gotten many compliments on it. (Our last name is one syllable)
We usually call her [name]Rebecca[/name] or [name]Becca[/name], but β[name]Becca[/name] [name]Jane[/name]β is rapidly becoming the family nickname for her.
[name]Rebecca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] nn [name]Becca[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is adorable! Brilliant choice, when [name]Lemon[/name] first suggested it I was on the fence, but [name]Rebecca[/name] has really grown on me since, love it!
Such a late reply so sorry about that, but I honestly really love all of your suggestions, but my favourite has to be [name]Harper[/name] [name]Jane[/name], so gorgeous!
