[name_f]Jane[/name_f] is feminine and classy and beautiful. [name_u]June[/name_u] is frumpy and has the ‘ew’ sound in it.

I don’t think [name_u]June[/name_u] is frumpy at all. I think it is certainly an antique-ish revival, but I find it to be bright and spunky.

I think the opposite. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is middle aged woman and [name_u]June[/name_u] is lovely!

I much prefer [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. It’s so classic. [name_u]June[/name_u] is too southern belle for me.

I voted for [name_f]Jane[/name_f], but I think they are equally cute. The deciding factors would be the middle and last names.

I prefer [name_u]June[/name_u]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the oo sound, and the lovely month. And the nn Junebug.

[name_f]Jane[/name_f] is the name of my best friend in the whole wide world - no one more special

[name_f]Jane[/name_f], because I know a wonderful girl named [name_f]Jane[/name_f], and it’s always felt classic and timeless to me. [name_u]June[/name_u] is cute too, though. [name_f]Junie[/name_f] is an adorable nickname, and so is [name_f]Janie[/name_f].

Both are nice, however, for me, I prefer [name_u]June[/name_u]. With seasonal, short & vintage names popular at the moment, [name_u]June[/name_u] fits right in there on all levels. Although I do still find [name_u]June[/name_u] to be a little on the dated side of things, she seems to draw a little from the likes of the quirkier/fresher [name_f]Juno[/name_f] & [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], giving her this very subtle zest/modern type feel, which I like.

As for [name_f]Jane[/name_f], I feel that as a first she’d shine far more than if she were in the middle - it seems every second person in their 20/30’s I meet has the middle name of [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (especially [name_f]Amanda[/name_f]'s & [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]'s, for whatever reason…) and honestly, I’m just tired of hearing/seeing it as middle. I think with a quirkier middle name, [name_f]Jane[/name_f] would be great, however paired with another traditional/classic one, I cannot seem to help but find it to be very bland.
