Jessamine and Francesca?

SO and I were discussing names tonight and I half-jokingly said if we ever had twin girls we should name them [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] and [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - when my sister and I were younger my dad would call us [name_m]Frank[/name_m] and [name_u]Jesse[/name_u] (usually when we were trying to hit him up for money), so it was a nod to that. Anyway, we both ended up actually liking the names. Is it too much? Would you think a [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] “[name_u]Jessie[/name_u]” and [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] “[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]” together was irreverent/dumb/cheesy? If not, any ideas for middle names?

My only hesitation would be that I think [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] is a lot more established and familiar than [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f], at least in the U.S. [name_f]Jessica[/name_f] would be too matchy though. Perhaps [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]?

I think they both make a wonderful twinset, the names compliment each other well. I personally wouldn’t care about the popularity differences. Both are strong, rich, and spirited.

Supercute! It depends on your style, you might go for a simple, short traditional mn, like [name_f]Ann[/name_f] or [name_f]Mae[/name_f]. Although it could be really beautiful to choose a long flowy mn like [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] & [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] [name_f]Florence[/name_f].

I think those full names are beautiful together for twins. Personally I’m not a huge fan of the rhymy nicknames, maybe [name_f]Jessa[/name_f] and [name_u]Frankie[/name_u]? Or [name_u]Jessie[/name_u] and [name_u]Fran[/name_u]?

Gorgeous! Full names work really well together as do the nicknames!

I think they are the perfect twinset! Both exotic longer names with sweet nicknames!
