I’ve been thinking about this name a lot lately, though [name_m]John[/name_m] probably isn’t the variant I’d use for a child someday. It’s a name packed with meaning, so many great namesakes and it’s also a family name, in the form of [name_m]Johannes[/name_m]. What’s your favorite variant of this name? Mine are:

All of these are lovely!
My favorite is [name_m]Hannes[/name_m] though I’m biased since I know one. [name_m]Hanno[/name_m] is adorable too!
One that I like that isn’t on your list is [name_m]Ivan[/name_m], especially nicknamed [name_m]Ivo[/name_m].
