Any ideas on how I can fit [name_m]John[/name_m] or [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] in as a 2nd middle in one of the combos in my signature? I want to honor my Grandpa. I’m not expecting just planning for the future.
I thought about [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], after my Dad, Brother and Grandpa. But I don’t love how [name_m]William[/name_m] and [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] sound together… do they sound too similar when said together as a first and middle name?
I think [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] is too long and cumbersome, sorry! [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] works much better!
I second [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] - a little less cumbersome. I don’t think [name_m]William[/name_m] and [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] sound too similar per se, but [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] is a bit of a mouthful, and that feels unnecessary when you could use the much-briefer [name_m]John[/name_m] anyway.
I think you will have more success using [name_m]John[/name_m] as a second middle as [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] is likely to be too long with most fn mn combinations.
