I have a son named [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I love his name! We’ve been discussing choices for his future little brother, and there hasn’t been anything that really struck us the same way [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] did, but lately I find I am really liking [name_m]Eli[/name_m]. What do you think of [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] as brothers? And what impression do you get off the names? Is it too Old Testament…?
If we do go with [name_m]Eli[/name_m], I have no idea what to pair it with. I can’t use any of the first names that came to my mind - [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m], [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], or [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]. What do you think?
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] are perfect as brothers. I like the previous suggestions of [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m], and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Daniel[/name_m].
I agree–they sound great together. [name_u]Elias[/name_u] nn [name_m]Eli[/name_m] would work too.
I like [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] from your list, though you can’t go wrong with [name_u]James[/name_u] or [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] either.
I love [name_m]Eli[/name_m] with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m]! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite middle name suggestion so far is [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]. [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] sound amazing together!
I love [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] & [name_m]Eli[/name_m] together. [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] or [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] would be my top choice.
Thank you all so much for your suggestions! I am loving [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]… But there are a lot of good combinations for us to talk about. I am glad to see everybody thinks [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] go well together, too - the more we talk about it, the more I love it.
