[name_u]Delaney[/name_u] is nice but I prefer the spunky [name_u]Josie[/name_u].

[name_u]Delaney[/name_u] is so 1990’s trendy. [name_u]Josie[/name_u] is timeless and spunky, though I would use a formal name such as [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or [name_f]Josette[/name_f], with the nn [name_u]Josie[/name_u].

I actually prefer [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]. Somehow it seems less trendy now, not that that should affect your choice, while not too dated either. A modern classic, if you will.

Nothing wrong with [name_u]Josie[/name_u] other than I prefer other names with the [name_u]Jo[/name_u]- prefix.

Both combos are cute.

I really love both and I was having a hard time voting until I saw your combos, and I prefer [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] to [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] [name_f]May[/name_f].

I have a [name_u]Delaney[/name_u], so I choose that one. I know one other [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] and she’s an adult so it’s not common where I’m from.

Our precious baby girl was born the same day of the original post (more than a couple of weeks early) – she is such a sweetheart and is doing great. :slight_smile: We finalized the name as we were checking into the hospital. We went with [name_u]Josie[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f], which we feel suits her really well. Thanks again!
