[name_u]Jude[/name_u] for sure, although I do quite like [name_u]Elias[/name_u].

[name_u]Love[/name_u] both. [name_u]Jude[/name_u] slightly wins out for me personally, but I prefer the longer, more ā€œformalā€ [name_u]Elias[/name_u] with your boysā€™ names.

Team [name_u]Jude[/name_u] over here!

This is incredibly hard as I love both and have both names on my top 20 list. I have the combination [name_u]Jude[/name_u] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_u]Callum[/name_u] & [name_u]Elias[/name_u] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] [name_u]Rooney[/name_u] born combination I love completely :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts: still I think Iā€™m going to have to go with [name_u]Jude[/name_u] as my favourite. I just think [name_u]Jude[/name_u] sounds happier than [name_u]Elias[/name_u] but still both are gorgeous

I like Elias more, but only if itā€™s pronounced in the Dutch way. We lay the emphasis on the first E, (E-lee-as) instead saying e-LYE-as (itā€™s the same with Tobias, Dutch pronunciation would be TO-bee-as)

[name_u]Elias[/name_u] gets my vote

[name_u]Jude[/name_u]!

I like both but I always want to say [name_u]Elias[/name_u] as EEL-ee-us rather than ee-LYE-us, which I donā€™t think is a recognised pronounciation anywhere  So I probably will vote for [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. Both are handsome though!

Theyā€™re both nice names!

I like [name_u]Jude[/name_u] a little more because I always struggle with the pronunciation of [name_u]Elias[/name_u]. Iā€™ve heard ee-lie-es and el-ee-us so Iā€™m never sure which is the correct way.

I love [name_u]Jude[/name_u]! Itā€™s gentle and strong, simple yet resonant. I do think [name_u]Elias[/name_u] fits maybe just slightly better with your sonsā€™ names, but [name_u]Jude[/name_u] still wins for me :yellow_heart:

[name_u]Elias[/name_u] is more my style (we have a Tobias), but because of [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] I wouldnā€™t use [name_u]Elias[/name_u] myself :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Besides, itā€™s getting popular, and I know soooo many Eliā€™s (some are [name_u]Elias[/name_u], some [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], some just Eli.) That may not be an issue where you are.

And [name_u]Jude[/name_u] was actually on our list for this baby, briefly. I really like it. It ended up falling off for being a little short next to the others, for not working well with our middle name preference, and for not being the name we loved enough for those things not to matter. (My husband did start singing ā€œHey Judeā€ when I brought it up, ha!) I know [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is pretty popular here, but Iā€™ve not yet met one, while I do know a few Judahs.
