Is it weird to make judgements about people based on their children’s names? I met a couple today with kids named [name]Grayson[/name] (girl) and [name]Alden[/name] (boy), and my first thought was, ‘God, how trendy.’ I mean, I feel like my favorite names say something about me, but are other people likely to interpret name styles similarly?
I think we all do that to some degree… it depends on the names… and our tastes of course. It has to be a pretty outrageous name to really make me stop and judge to that degree. There was a thread on here the other day that gave me that reaction… I won’t say the name, but it definitely made me question the potential future parent’s sanity.
Those names wouldn’t have stopped me like that though. I would have personally kept it moving. 
So bottom line - you aren’t alone!
