I should note that my husband’s family is Italian. DH is actually first generation born stateside, but he goes by the “English” version of his name versus the “Italian” version.

My name is [name]Julia[/name], and I always thought [name]Giulia[/name] was prettier, though I love the simplicity of spelling it the way my name is spelled. Either one is beautiful.

I love [name]Julia[/name]! I love both spellings, actually, but I think the [name]Julia[/name] spelling is easier to deal with (spellings, pronunciations, etc.), so that got my vote.

[name]Both[/name] spellings are lovely! If you go with [name]Julia[/name] it would probably be easier for everyone to remember, but I love G names so I voted for [name]Giulia[/name].
