Julianne as a middle name? Or suggestions of other J names

We are naming our daughter [name]Giselle[/name] and have been set on [name]Victoria[/name] as the middle name but I really love alliteration (my first daughter is [name]Greta[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name]) so I’m looking for a J name that’s classy and pretty but not trendy (no jade, jada, jaelynn, etc). I like [name]Juliet[/name] but a friend just named her daughter [name]Juliet[/name] so I think it might be off the table… Suggestions or opinions?

[name]Giselle[/name] [name]Julianne[/name] is not my favorite combination-- it just sounds kind of off to me-- the double J/JZ sound is soft so it’s hard to say twice (i.e., [name]Julia[/name] [name]Jane[/name])-- it’s easier to do the hard G (i.e. [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Grace[/name]). [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] is better and I think you can still use it as a mn even if it’s the fn of a friend’s child. But, I really think that [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is a better combination than any of these and would that instead!

[name]How[/name] about [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Giuliana[/name]? I think ending the mn with an ‘a’ helps the flow. [name]Julianne[/name] is one of my all-time favorite names, as is [name]Juliet[/name]. If you love [name]Juliet[/name] that much more, I think you should use it regardless, because it’s in the middle spot. Good luck.

Hmm…
Firstly I love [name]Greta[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name] it’s beautiful. [name]Giselle[/name] is an elegant choice and [name]Victoria[/name] is my name and I love the name however I understand that obviously there is no alliteration. Alliteration is the occurrence of the same letter or sound and the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words. Personally concerning alliteration I prefer the same letter like with [name]Greta[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name]. Rather than sound yet I understand that the initials could cause difficulty…still I’d prefer [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Gail[/name] rather [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Jillian[/name]. Concerning your ‘j’ choices I like [name]Juliet[/name] but it could seem a bit copy-cat-like. However [name]Julianne[/name] is a nice choice. But [name]Juliana[/name] is prettier.

I like [name]Giselle[/name] [name]Juliana[/name]! I am avoiding G middle names since my older daughters initials are GG.
