(I do prefer Julia and Juliana, for those who are in accord; also Juliane for German/Danish), but I guess I was wondering if you’d think it was weird to name a child Julie today (instead of Julia/na), or Julianne.
[name_u]Julie[/name_u] is soooo cute! [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] is really elegant Personally i’d go with [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] NN [name_u]Julie[/name_u].
I prefer [name_u]Julianne[/name_u]! [name_f]Julia[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] (or [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Julia[/name_f] ) would also be beautiful!
i think i prefer julie. i was obsessed with julianne several months ago and used it for everything, and now the name has sort of lost its wonder for me. but julie?? so cute and sweet! imagine a little julie “jules” my heart would melt
[name_u]Julie[/name_u] is so sweet! She’s one of my favourites, although i’d personally only use her for a nn for [name_f]Julienne[/name_f] or [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
I don’t think it’s weird. I think they’re both beautiful, and classic in their own ways. I like pretty much all forms of [name_u]Juli[/name_u]- names, I think!
[name_u]Julianne[/name_u] with the nickname [name_u]Julie[/name_u] is sweet, too.
