I am still mulling over the possibilities for a sister for my daughter, [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] “[name_u]Georgie[/name_u]”. I love my daughter’s name because I think it sounds pretty with a bit of spunk and is not too popular.
For the majority of my pregnancy, [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] has been at the top of the list for both my husband and myself. As my due date draws near, I’m starting to second guess myself. I love the nickname [name_u]Jules[/name_u] to go with [name_u]Georgie[/name_u].
Which full name would you use for a sister to [name_f]Georgina[/name_f]?
Middle name is an honor name ([name_f]Michaela[/name_f]), but could also use other honor names if necessary ([name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Stasia[/name_f] (any ideas to honor [name_u]Stanley[/name_u] “stosh”)).
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]
[name_u]Julianne[/name_u] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]
Or [name_f]Julianna[/name_f]/[name_f]Juliana[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
Out of your list, I prefer [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] or [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f], but they are all cute. You could still use [name_u]Jules[/name_u] as a nickname and [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] and [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] or [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is cute. Stana can be an honor name for [name_u]Stanley[/name_u]. [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] is too popular in my opinion.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] pairs really nicely with [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f].
My 2nd choice would be [name_f]Julianna[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f].
Have you considered [name_f]Julienne[/name_f]? I think it has the European sophistication of [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] with the Southern [name_f]Belle[/name_f] softness of [name_u]Julianne[/name_u].
I also love the suggestion of Stana for a middle name to honor [name_u]Stanley[/name_u]…I don’t know how I didn’t think of that! Maybe not with any of my Jul combinations, but in the future.
I think [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] sounds like a really great choice with [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]!
Out of the “[name_u]Juli[/name_u]-” names, [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] (or [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]) is my favorite. My next favorite would be [name_f]Juliana[/name_f] (pronounced “[name_u]Juli[/name_u]-on-uh”).
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] is a beautiful choice. I was almost going to say that [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] flows slightly better but I changed my mind and love how [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] sounds. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is also my favourite name from your list
Thank you all for your advice thus far! It seems like [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] is a hit, so maybe I should shake off my cold feet!
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] both sound lovely with [name_f]Michaela[/name_f]. I know [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is popular but I’m biased towards [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] because I recently changed my name from [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] to [name_u]Julianne[/name_u] after a lifetime of [name_m]Romeo[/name_m] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] comments and I am so much happier now.
