I tend to prefer [name_m]French[/name_m] names so i’m swaying towards [name_f]Juliette[/name_f].
I much prefer the [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] spelling.
The [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] spelling looks prettier, and makes more sense. Also most people would assume that spelling, as well.
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f], is just a bit fancy, despite being one of my best friend’s middle name.
I prefer [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] and always will. [name_m]French[/name_m] names are so beautiful. To an English eye it might look fancier but it is simply the [name_m]French[/name_m] spelling.
I like the simplicity of [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. The extra letters just seem unnecessary.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is already a very feminine, mildly flowery name, but the simple -et ending gives it a strength and spunkiness as with other -et names, like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], [name_f]Amoret[/name_f], [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f], or [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f] just ramps up the floweriness too much and seems overdone and sticky-sweet.
As much as I like [name_m]French[/name_m] names, I do prefer the simplicity / streamlined feel of [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
Both are beautiful though I slightly prefer [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. However it would depend on the middle and last names for me!
[name_m]How[/name_m] do you like to say the name? It seems to me that [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] has slightly more emphasis on “ette,” but this is probably just subjective.
