Just for fun. Twins named Aurora and Cordelia.

What middle names would you give twins named [name]Aurora[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name]? What if you had to honor a [name]Jane[/name] and a [name]Cynthia[/name]?

[name]Cordelia[/name] is our top girls name, I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. [name]Aurora[/name] is nice with it, but I don’t think [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Cynthia[/name] flows very well…hmm…

The only middle names I can think of that sound good with [name]Aurora[/name] / [name]Cordelia[/name] and honor [name]Jane[/name] / [name]Cynthia[/name] are as followed:

[name]Jane[/name]
[name]Jean[/name]
[name]Joan[/name] / [name]Joanne[/name]
[name]June[/name]
[name]Jade[/name]
[name]Cindy[/name]

I love [name]Aurora[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name]! I would probably do [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Thea[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name], if you don’t mind shortening [name]Cynthia[/name] to [name]Thia[/name]/[name]Thea[/name]. Otherwise, I think [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Cynthia[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] are lovely, too. If you’re not honoring, I love [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Liv[/name] (or [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Lily[/name]) and [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Fleur[/name].

I had to honor a [name]Cindy[/name] and thought about using [name]Cynthia[/name] but changed it to [name]Sydney[/name] last minute. Those are the only options I know of.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]!

[name]Aurora[/name]: [name]Jane[/name], [name]Janice[/name], [name]Janine[/name], [name]Jade[/name], [name]Diane[/name]

[name]Cordelia[/name]: [name]Jane[/name], [name]Celine[/name], [name]Diane[/name]

I like that their nicknames can range from overly matchy, [name]Rory[/name] and [name]Cory[/name], or to drastically different, [name]Ari[/name] and [name]Delia[/name].

[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Xanthe[/name] and [name]Aurora[/name] Ionna. I have just looked at all the variants for Jane worldwide and the one that I think fits the best is Ionna.

rollo

[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Diane[/name]( [name]Diana[/name] is connected to the mythology behind [name]Cynthia[/name]- here’s where I got the info. Cynthia - Name Meaning, What does Cynthia mean?) I made [name]Diana[/name] to [name]Diane[/name] for better flow.

[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Shaine[/name] ([name]Shaine[/name]=variant of [name]Shane[/name], [name]Shane[/name]=Irish form of [name]John[/name] which is the male form of [name]Jane[/name]- both meaning “God’s gracious gift”)

[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Aylin[/name] ([name]Cynthia[/name] means “of the moon,” [name]Aylin[/name] is Turkish for “moon halo”

What about if you were determined to use 2 middle names?

You could use their initials for the two middle names. Like if they were [name]Cynthia[/name] [name]Ann[/name] and [name]Jane[/name] [name]Marie[/name], you could do [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Jasmine[/name] [name]May[/name]. [name]Just[/name] a thought, though it may be a stretch.

[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Janel[/name]
[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]Thea[/name]
