K (not C) boy names

We are thinking about naming our future baby boy something that starts with a K. I want to make his name meaningful and both of my hubbies parents have the same initials (K.A.) We are thinking about continuing that with our future son. I, however, am having a real tough time coming up with unique “K” names that are always spelled with a K. I don’t want “how is that spelled, with a C or a K”.

I kind of like:
[name]Kellen[/name] (but I don’t like that it can be spelled [name]Kellan[/name])
[name]Kai[/name] (it is so trendy :frowning: and I have no ties to [name]Hawaii[/name]
[name]Knox[/name] (the main radio station where we live is called [name]KNOX[/name])
[name]Kingston[/name] - I don’t like the nn [name]King[/name]
[name]Keen[/name] - It’s weird, but I kind of like it?
[name]Keifer[/name] - our last name ends in -er so it wouldn’t work
[name]Kelly[/name] - I kind of like this, but hubby isn’t on board

Can you help me think of any more boy names that start with K? Middle name will probably be [name]Arthur[/name]

What about

[name]Keenan[/name] or [name]Kieran[/name]?

[name]Kyle[/name]
[name]Kennedy[/name]
[name]Keegan[/name]
Kinton
[name]Knight[/name]

Sorry, the K theme is tricky to do! Thats all I could come up with.

[name]Kale[/name]
[name]Keane[/name]
[name]Keaton[/name]
[name]Keith[/name]
Keller (Gaelic for little companion, and would get you to [name]Kelly[/name])
Kemp
[name]Kendrick[/name]
[name]Kent[/name] (much prefer this to [name]Ken[/name] or [name]Kenneth[/name])
[name]Kenneth[/name]
[name]Kermit[/name] (still too froggy)
[name]Kerry[/name]
[name]Kerwin[/name]
[name]Kevin[/name] (dated)
[name]Killian[/name] (I like this one save for the Kill part and lack of nn)
[name]Kirby[/name]
[name]Kirk[/name] (too captain?)
[name]Krispin[/name] (has the c/k spelling problem)

do you like any of these?

Thanks for your help! My favorite suggestion so far is Keller, but our last name ends in -er so I am afraid it won’t work (especially with the family name [name]Arthur[/name] as a middle). What do you think of [name]Kellen[/name] nn [name]Kelly[/name] sometimes? I could deal with the spelling confusion of -en vs -an if needed.

I also like [name]Kirby[/name], but it is my name  so I can’t use it.
I like the idea of [name]Kermit[/name] - a classic name, but the frog did make too much of an impression on US kids for it to be usable I think
Kemp and [name]Knight[/name] are kind of cool, but I don’t know that either are wearable.
[name]Keith[/name], [name]Kevin[/name], and [name]Kenneth[/name] are not my style, but [name]Kent[/name] is kind of nice!

Thanks for the help! I think [name]Kellen/name nn [name]Kelly[/name] is still my favorite so far! If anyone else has any suggestions I would love to hear them!

What about [name]Keegan[/name]?

[name]Kellen[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is handsome. A good balance of modern and classic. I do like the nn [name]Kelly[/name] on a boy.

I prefer the look of [name]Kellan[/name] (the -an) ending just looks right to me! Either way, [name]Kellen[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] is very handsome!
